Incentive Tours

We show you the famous Hungarian hospitality!
Hungarian hearty welcome as we would say in English, is more than just a greeting. It is a way of life and a special way of welcoming guests. From the very first moment you will feel at home in Hungary, with no need to worry about whether your guests are enjoying themselves.
No matter what your guests' first impression should be, we can make it possible. We've already rolled out the red carpet!

We can get you anywhere anyhow!
Whether it be a transfer by luxury coach to your hotel, a ride on the famous blue Danube in a paddle steamer, a trip over the Puszta in a hot air balloon, a nostalgic train journey or a tour by horse-drawn carriage through the city of Budapest - we have the know-how to make it possible. And as there is no time left for you to worry about your luggage, we will take care of that too!

We make you feel like royalty!
It's a pity really that you cannot spend more time in the hotel as there is so much more to a Hungarian charming hotel than just an impressive facade. The warm and welcoming atmosphere is just as much a part of it as the traditional courteous and friendly service. Here guests may be treated like the king.

We can find what you are looking for!
How would you like a luxurious castle hotel in Heves County at the Northern Hills, a charming hotel in Villany near Hungary's nr.1 vineyard region, or a wellness apartment in Heviz, near the famous thermal lake, or a conference venue for your seminars, perhaps at the Danube bend, near the capital? The doors of the best hotels in Hungary are wide open to you.

We won't forget anything to make your trip unforgettable!
Ride horseback through the countryside or enjoy the refreshing bubbles of the hot springs of our thermal spas. Slow down the pace for a round of golf on one of Hungary's wonderful golf courses, or speed up for a training session on the famous Formula 1 racing track on the Hungaroring. Celebrate the champion of your group after your own exciting Puszta Olympic Games or the challenges of a sailing regatta on Lake Balaton.

We turn your nights into days!
The cultural events range from classical opera performances to every kind of concert, musicals and shows, from traditional theatre performances to modern experimental drama. The great variety of restaurants is just as much a part of life as the local pub scene, which even has its own particular area. And as for the wine cellars or taverns, need we say more? A "must" for every guest!

Culture is no great art!
On our incentive trips we can make Art Nouveau come as much alive as contemporary art today! During a stroll through our art galleries you can discuss the latest trends with some of our artists.

We think of the little things, which will not be forgotten!
On every incentive trip there are little things which are of great importance. An information folder or a short programme, for example, will help your guests to look forward to all that is waiting for them. Flower decoration in your company's colours is a subtle reminder to your guests as to who they have to thank for their trip. If any problems should occur during this time, there is a team, which will make the impossible possible 24 hours a day. And if you would also like to give your guests a little present to take home, we have a splendid variety of typical Hungarian gifts in store for you. Back home they will always help to recall the happy memories of your successful incentive trip.

Join a real knight's tournament with us!

Let's go back to the 14th-15th century, to the kingdom of Matthias Rex and his famous Black Army of the Royal Court!

No. of participants: Min. 30 - Max. 150 people

We take guests back in time to the Middle Ages and bring them to the fortress of Visegrád (where the tournament is organised). The programme is located in the Salamon's Tower and the courtyard, the roof garden and the ceremony hall of the Lower Castle.

Costumed waiters greet guests with wine and spring water in the courtyard of Salamon's Tower. The knight of the Saint George Order gives a brief information about the building of the tower, about its usage in the Middle ages and about the activity of the order of knighthood. Then comes the election of queen and king among the members of the group who will be dressed up with medieval cloak and seated on the Royal throne. Then the knights demonstrate medieval weapons (bow, lance, battle-star, club). The highlight of the programme is the knights' single combat with medieval dances and the falconer-show. Even guests can try out the weapons and visit the reconstructed courtyard with ancient species of animals.

By the end of the programme guests will walk down to the nearby medieval restaurant (150 m) accompanied by the knights. After the "Royal" dinner we drive the participants back to their hotels.

Turkish delight in an old thermal bath

Experience a colourful spa dinner programme in an old thermal bath. No. of participants: Min. 30 and Max. 200 people

Guests arrive to a Turkish bath where young gentlemen in costumes of Turkish harem guards holding troches, welcome them at the entrance.

An orental cocktail party accompanied by a musical quartet (in traditional costumes) entertain the guests. In the meanwhile they can also enjoy the magnificent performance of the Hungarian National Synchronised Swimming team (6-8 persons). The ladies perform an amaising "ballet" show in the water.

After the reception, guests are invited by the Master of Ceremonies to the tables for dinner.

The highlight of the night is a particular program strongly linked to the thermal traditions of the era of the Turks staying in Hungary. Beautiful ladies dressed up as belly dancers perform an authentic oriental show accompanied by live drum music. Belly dance shows by Banat Umm al Ard, the Daughters of Mother Earth. This is not a simple dancing group but a spiritual association. The dinner, of course in harmony with the venue, decoration and show help guests to relive the ottoman atmosphere and enjoy an unforgettable evening. Bath-costume is strongly recommended.

After dinner and a possible spa programme we drive guests back to their hotel.

Old-timer rally in Budapest

Have you ever dreamed about driving a real cabriolet or an old-timer? We make your dream come true just let it happen!

No. of participants: Min. 6 and Max. 60 people

This can be the most exciting and adventurous programme of all. We meet participants in a hotel, a restaurant or a café. Tthey get all necessary information about teams, exercises, cars and their proper itinerary.

Each itinerary is set up by different stations. At each station there is a well recognisable assistant dressed up in a special T-shirt (or holding an air balloon or something similar) that gives the exercises. Each team gets a roadbook pointing out the stations in order to avoid queuing. Once they finish a station they can continue (6-7 persons together) the road and find the next.

We let them having funny, sometimes easy, sometimes difficult exercises. E.g: During the visit of the State Opera House they have to find out the title of a certain opera of what an aria is performed by a famous singer. They should rise with the hot air balloon fixed to the roof of the WestEnd mall and from that height find some specified points and texts. Other station can be the egg-painting exercise at the Ethnographic Museum. Funny open-air activity would be catching plastic fish from the pound of the Erzsebet square and many other "unusual" ideas...

At the last station guests will be awaited with some refreshments. While they take some drinks the organisers find the winners and during lunch/dinner we sort out the prizes. Finally we take guests back to their hotel.
